Luke’s eating again!

I hadn’t mentioned this, but it had been about 5 weeks since Luke (the boa) last ate.  For the first three weeks, I didn’t worry.  He had just shed, he’s a snake and it’s winter, etc.  By week 5, I was getting concerned.  Last Saturday, two days after finishing his cage, which upped the daytime temperature to ~80 degrees, he finally got interested in food.  Now he’s prowling the cage, looking for another rat.  🙂

You will just need two things. You’ll need a calculator and you’ll need one of these charts. These charts, which detail the ideal weight for a person, according to their height and their body build, that’s what they do. That’s what they are. You can find these at your local library, or you can do a search online, and basically all they say is, let’s say a person was of medium build, medium frame and this person, this person was 5’10” tall. And also, I should point out that they chart these according to the gender. So, let’s assume that this is a male, 5’10” tall, of medium frame. Well, according to this chart that person should weigh anywhere between 151 to 164, 150 to 160. We’ll just make that a round figure. Well, simple. Once a person knows his weight, he knows that he weighs 170. Well, that’s easy; then subtract 10 pounds, there it is. He knows he has to lose 10 pounds. If he is 185, just goes to the old calculator, 185 to 160 and he should lose about 25 pounds. So, there it is. You need a weight chart. You need a calculator, or you can do the math in your head, though a calculator is always more reliable; and that is how you find out how much weight you need to lose. My name is Michael Quebec. Today we’re going to talk about how to swing fairway woods. The materials you need for this is a golf ball, if you’re going to hit golf balls. You could do it with just a golf club, a fairway wood. But, singing in your yard is good. Swinging a fairway wood is exactly the terminology that we need to have. It’s not about hitting a fairway wood. Golf swing isn’t about hitting. You never hear them say on TV, well, he’s going to, he’s going to make a golf hit; no, he’s going to make a golf swing. And swinging is what golf creates good swings in golf. You’re not trying to hit the ball, we’re trying to swing the golf club, hope we hit the ball. So, how to swing a fairway wood is a great question. And the key to that is that we get out of that one mode of hit. We don’t want to hit it, we want to swing it. so, if I, if I just let this golf club swing from the top of my backswing through, it would just, it would just go through there, you’d strike it and you’d hit it. I don’t have to hit the ball. All I have to do is just swing the golf club in there and let it work. So, the key is swing, not hit. And I set up to it, set my club in there, let the club be behind the ball. It’s when I get into hitting that I start to miss hit shots, top shots, hit then crooked.
